Using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion. You also consent that currency is stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie automatically deleted when you close the browser). We do this so that the selected currency is consistent when you browse our website so that the prices can be converted to your (the visiting) local currency.

Ordering

If you are under 18, you need your guardian's consent, and a parent may provide such approval by email sending their express permission to us. All fake orders will be tracked and reported to the police, and if we suffer financial or other damages, we will apply for compensation.

Payment & Delivery

After you have added items to the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, the payment method used will be shown, as well as the inclusion of VAT, and VAT will apply where applicable. Delivery takes place within seven days unless it is evident when the order is placed that the delivery time is longer.

Walwet ships from Sweden, and your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. We will deliver your purchased goods in the shortest possible time.

Packages not picked up within 14 days will be sent back to us, and you will be charged for shipping costs (minimum SEK 245). Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and Walwet does not consider unavoidable delays.


Products in our webshop may be marked with a delivery indication. We reserve the right to remove undelivered products from your order and to reduce the price accordingly. If you want to order an equivalent product, it will be treated as a new order. It is possible to cancel an order until it has been completed, i.e., when the invoice or shipping document has been created. Partial delivery is only available at your request and will incur additional shipping costs at your expense.

The applicable delivery method can be seen when you place your order at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the address you entered when ordering is correct. Delivery only takes place within Sweden unless otherwise stated.

ATTENTION! If you entered the wrong email address or mobile number, DHL could charge an extra fee of SEK 245 to correct the error. This fee is beyond our control. Therefore, check carefully that you have entered the correct information! The same applies if you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us.

At iamwerkelin.com, it is possible to pay with Swish, all bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), and AppelPay.

Change of placed order

You can change your order for items in stock until the order has been placed. If the modification is approved, any price differences will be settled according to the price in effect at the time of the amendment. Private persons have the right to revocation according to what is said under the heading "Right of Cancellation."

Cancellation

Cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from us. You can cancel your order at no cost until the order has been executed, as seen under the heading "Right of Cancellation."


Return and Right of Cancellation

We want you to be satisfied with your Walwet purchases. If this is not the case, we accept goods for return or exchange within 14 days.

Make sure your items are in original condition and include all tags.

Your refund will be issued the same way you used it for the original purchase within 5-10 business days.

To exchange an item, enter the new size on the return form and follow the instructions. ATTENTION! Contact us beforehand, and we will put the size aside for you. All changes are based on stock status.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for: goods that are modified according to wishes, tailor-made, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene if their seal has been removed, products that quickly deteriorate or become too old, perfumes and the like that have been opened,

You can examine the goods in the same way as in a physical store. Still, if the product has been used or handled with carelessness such that it can no longer be sold as a new product, you are responsible for compensating Walwet for the decrease in value of the product.


You may need to break the packaging to examine the product's properties and function. The packaging should be opened as carefully as possible and returned with the product. Please note that you have no right to withdraw if the seal of a product has been broken.

Please note that you must pay for the return shipping costs as well; if you have received a gift because you have shopped for a certain amount, the value of the gift will be deducted from the credit note if you return the goods you bought to receive the gift. If the gift is returned together with the return, the value of the gift will be set to zero.


The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive the product.

If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, follow the instructions enclosed to your purchase. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your message, and then we will determine whether you meet the conditions for using the right to return. You will then receive a reply via email from us.

Quality Guarantee

Items are classified as faulty if damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase without you, as the consumer has any burden of proof. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. We always recommend that sensitive materials be handled carefully and follow the washing and handling instructions on the care label.

Faulty items will be replaced with the same type of product in the same size. Refunds for defective items can be made within 14 days of delivery. Remember to enter your order number. Also, clarify which items you are returning and why you want to return them.

Complaints must then be made by following the instructions you received with your purchase.

If we cannot send you a new product within a reasonable time, you will receive a refund of the shipping cost and the amount you paid for the damaged or wrongly delivered product.

Printing error

We shall not be held responsible for typographical errors or errors in information or specifications for goods and services that appear in our range of products.

Force majeure

Both parties shall be released from the performance of this Agreement if its performance is precluded or substantially disabled by circumstances inconsistent with them or circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen. The following and similar events shall constitute grounds for relief, provided they prevent or aggravate the performance of the contract: disaster by fire, war, mobilization, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, common sharps, shortage of means of transportation, strike, power outage, deficiencies in courier companies and errors or delays caused by the subcontractor due to circumstances mentioned in this clause or other causes beyond the control of the parties, which either prevent or aggravate the performance of the parties in such a way that it could not be done except at an unreasonably high cost.
